Peptide Reconstitution Calculator

Enter your vial size, how much bacteriostatic water you’re adding, and the amount you want per draw. The math updates instantly — concentration, syringe units, and how many draws the vial yields.

How the math works: concentration = mg in vial ÷ mL of diluent. Volume per draw = amount per draw ÷ concentration. On a standard U-100 insulin syringe, 100 units = 1 mL, so units = mL × 100.

Reconstitution math is the most repeated calculation at the bench — and the easiest place for an order-of-magnitude error. This calculator handles mcg/mg conversion automatically and shows the draw as syringe units so there’s nothing to convert by hand. Every batch we stock ships tested 8x across independent labs with the COA published for its exact lot — check the paper before you buy, then run your numbers here.
