This policy supplements our Peptide Calc Privacy Policy and our website Privacy Policy, and applies to “consumer health data” as defined in the Washington My Health My Data Act, the Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Law, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act’s consumer-health-data provisions, and similar state laws (“Consumer Health Data”). Consumer Health Data means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present or future physical or mental health status — for example, information about medications, doses, or injection sites.
1. Consumer Health Data we collect
Through the Peptide Calc app: none. Everything you enter in the app — compound names, vial amounts, doses, schedules, logged doses, injection sites, notes and vial dates — is stored only on your own device. It is never transmitted to Summit Research L.L.C. or to any third party, and we cannot access it. The optional mailing-list sign-up transmits only your email address and, optionally, your first name; it does not transmit any health-related information.
Through our website: if you purchase products from summitresearch.store, we process the order information described in the website Privacy Policy. We do not use purchase information to infer, and we do not record, any health condition, diagnosis, treatment, or medication use, and we do not combine website purchase data with app data (the app sends us none).
2. Sources and purposes
Because the app collects no Consumer Health Data, there are no sources, purposes, or categories of Consumer Health Data to disclose for the app. If that ever changes, we will update this policy before collecting anything, and we will ask for your separate, affirmative consent first.
3. Sharing and selling
We do not share Consumer Health Data with any third party or affiliate, and we do not sell Consumer Health Data. We will never sell Consumer Health Data without obtaining your separate, valid written authorisation as the law requires.
4. Your rights
Under these laws you may have the right to: (1) confirm whether we are collecting, sharing or selling your Consumer Health Data and to access it; (2) receive a list of the third parties with whom we have shared or to whom we have sold it; (3) withdraw consent; and (4) have it deleted, including from our processors and backups. Because we hold none from the app, a request will ordinarily be answered by confirming that fact.
To exercise a right, email Support@summitresearch.store with the subject “Consumer health data request”. We will verify your identity using the email address on file, respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days where the law permits, with notice), and will not discriminate against you for making a request.
5. Appeals
If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the word “Appeal” in the subject line within 30 days. We will respond in writing within 45 days explaining our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General (atg.wa.gov/file-complaint), the Nevada Attorney General, the Connecticut Attorney General, or the regulator in your state.
