Affiliate terms.

Who can join

• You must be at least 21 years old and able to receive payment in the United States by Venmo, Cash App or Zelle.
• One account per person. We review applications and may decline one without giving a reason.

Your code and link

• You choose your own code when you apply. Codes can’t include drug brand names, body or results words (for example “shred” or “slim”) or the Summit name. We may refuse a code, or ask you to change one, at any time.
• Once your code is live, shoppers get 10% off with it. During a store-wide Summit sale, your code gives shoppers the sale discount instead (for example 25% during a 25% sale), so your audience never needs a different code and you keep the credit.
• You also get a referral link. A shopper who arrives through it has your code added to their bag for 30 days.
• Only one code can be used per order.

Commission

• Your commission is a share of what the customer actually pays for products after every discount. Shipping and tax are not included.
• Your rate depends on your referred sales in a calendar month (Pacific time), using the same measure: what your customers paid for products, less refunds.
• You move up the moment your sales for the month cross a line, and the new rate applies to orders placed after that. You keep that tier through the following month. After a full month below it, you move down one tier, never more than one in a month.
• Some partners have an individually agreed rate. An agreed rate is confirmed by email from us, is fixed (it doesn’t change with your sales) and replaces the ladder until we agree otherwise.
• You don’t earn commission on your own orders, and they don’t count toward your tier. You can still use your code for the discount. Orders placed by someone in your household or acting for you are treated the same way.
• Commission is earned only on orders that are paid and not cancelled, refunded or charged back.

Payouts

• We pay once a month by Venmo, Cash App or Zelle, with no minimum balance.
• Commission on an order becomes payable once the order is 30 days old, so returns and chargebacks can settle first. It’s included in the next monthly payout after that.
• If an order is refunded or charged back after you’ve been paid for it, we deduct that commission from a later payout.
• Before your first payout we’ll email you to ask for your payout details. Keep them up to date by emailing support@summitresearch.store.
• We’ll ask for a completed IRS Form W-9 before your payouts reach $2,000 in a calendar year, and may ask sooner. We can hold payouts until we have it. You’re responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
• You can see your orders, commission and current tier at any time in your affiliate dashboard.

How you promote Summit

• Summit Research products are for laboratory research use only. Never describe or imply use in people or animals: no dosing, injection or administration, no health, weight, muscle, skin or anti-ageing results, and no before-and-after content.
• Don’t make claims about a product that Summit Research doesn’t make on its own website.
• Clearly disclose that you’re a paid affiliate wherever you share your code or link, as the FTC requires.
• Don’t run paid ads (search, social or otherwise) on the Summit Research name, and don’t bid on it as a keyword.
• Don’t present yourself as Summit Research, send spam, or post your code on coupon or deal sites.

Recruiting affiliates for Summit

• Some people recruit affiliates for us under a separate written agreement. Affiliates who join through a recruiter’s link are approved straight away and credited to that recruiter.
• Recruiters must describe the program accurately and must not promise or suggest any level of earnings.
• Recruiters may not sign themselves up, create accounts for other people, or sign up people who don’t intend to take part.
• Recruiter pay, if any, is set out in that recruiter’s own agreement. Signing up through a recruiter doesn’t change your commission.

Reviews and withheld commission

• We review orders before paying commission. We may withhold or reverse commission on orders that break these terms, look fraudulent or self-referred, or were refunded or charged back.
• If we withhold commission, we’ll tell you which orders and why.

Changes and ending the program

• We may change commission rates, the tier thresholds, discounts or these terms. We’ll email you before a change takes effect. Commission you’ve already earned is not affected.
• You can leave the program at any time by emailing us.
• We may pause or end your participation if these terms are broken. Commission earned on eligible orders before that is still paid, except on orders that broke the terms.
