Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Every order ships by FedEx or UPS 2-Day Air — we don't use ground shipping — so products typically arrive within two business days of dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Yes on orders over $250. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the 2-Day Air rate. There is no minimum order.

We ship throughout North America. We do not currently ship outside North America, and orders with addresses outside the region will be cancelled and refunded.

No. Summit Research products ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is stable at room temperature in transit. Cold packs are not required. Once received, follow the storage guidance on the product page.

Yes. Orders ship in plain packaging with no product description on the outside of the box.

Every batch we ship is tested eight times across multiple independent third-party laboratories: IPN testing (identity, purity, net content) and endotoxin screening. Purity must be 99% or higher or the batch does not ship. Our Testing & Quality page explains the full process.

Every COA is published as a photograph of the original laboratory document on our COA page, organized by product. COAs are not printed on vial labels. If you need the certificate for a specific vial, email us the product name and we'll send it.

Every batch. We do not sample a fraction of batches and we do not rely on supplier-provided paperwork.

Lyophilization is freeze-drying. It removes water from the peptide under vacuum, leaving a stable powder that resists degradation far better than a liquid solution. It's why our products can ship at room temperature and why they have a long shelf life when stored correctly.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@summitresearch.store right away and we'll do our best to change or cancel it. Once it has shipped, it can't be cancelled.

Because of the nature of research materials, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped — unless there was an error on our end. If we sent the wrong product, the wrong quantity, or your order arrived damaged, contact us and we will make it right. See our full Refund & Return Policy.

Email support@summitresearch.store within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll resolve it — usually with a replacement shipped by 2-Day Air.
